Construction to begin on Tanmiyat Group's Living Legends project

The contract for construction has already been awarded to CSI Construction and Engineering LC.

Mr Ziyad Alghathbar, Regional Manager of Tanmiyat Group in Dubai, said that the company expects to begin construction on the villas in the coming weeks.

"We have put a great deal of planning into every possible aspect of this project, from design to finance, including opening the escrow accounts required by the new property law, and we are pleased to announce that we will begin construction shortly,"

he said.

Ever since its launch, the Living Legends has been well received in various quarters, having been introduced as one of the region's most promising investment opportunities at exhibitions both locally and abroad.

Located in the world-renowned Dubailand complex, the Living Legends project is a multi-purpose fusion of old-world style and modern design and technology. The $3.8bn project occupies a surface area of 2,296 million m, and is situated 26 km from Dubai 's International Airport.
