With huge growth and potential in the market, the firm intends to propel its services through its solid reputation and brand awareness, backed by heavy investment in offices and marketing.

The real estate sector in the emirate is currently experiencing a strong period of growth that has seen the launch of some very large scale, impressive and unique developments. One of the biggest selling points of projects there is the presence of natural islands and beach frontage which is helping attract both investors and end users. Demand is extremely high for both commercial and residential property, with vacancy rates currently hovering just above zero. Having carefully monitored this growth and development, the realtor recognized an opportunity in the market for an established real estate company with the necessary expertise, technology and marketing capabilities to meet the increasing demands of clients.

Billy Rautenbach, Director of Operations at Better Homes described the move as a natural progression for the realtor; "Abu Dhabi is a very exciting market right now with lots of activity and huge potential for growth and through our existing clients, we recognized a demand for a professional brokering service based in the emirate."

The new office, located in Al Bateen can accommodate up to 70 consultants, but the firm intends to open up more boutique offices in strategic locations to assist with growth. The office, which will provide an extensive portfolio of services to clients including; Residential Sales and Leasing, Commercial Sales and Leasing, Property Management, Short-term rentals and Project Sales & Marketing, will bring to Abu Dhabi, the transparent policies and procedures that have provided clients with peace of mind in Dubai for over 20 years.

Summarizing Rautenbach said, "We are very proud to be able to offer real estate consumers in Abu Dhabi the credible, structured, well known brand that they require and of course, we are hoping for the same level of success as we have achieved in Dubai."
