Société Générale De Banque-Jordanie sponsors French Week in Aqaba

Société Générale De Banque-Jordanie in cooperation with the French Embassy organized a French week which included a number of cultural, economic, and sports activities.
The event was a successful effort highlighting the strong bond tying the two countries together.
In light of the French Week, a concert and gala dinner sponsored by SGBJ were held at the Intercontinental Hotel. Among the invitees were VIP Clients, public figures of the city of Aqaba, and press representatives.
In 2000, Société Générale Group, one of the world's largest and most successful banking organizations, showed interest in Jordan through Société Générale de Banque Au Liban.
Société Générale Group ranked 3rd largest bank in the Euro Zone by assets under custody as well as net banking income.
Currently the group is present in 77 countries and hires more than 120,000 employees.
Now SGBJ has 16 branches, one of which is located in Aqaba city, and the 17th branch is scheduled to open in the near future.
