Sakana hits 75% Bahrainisation with new recruits

This brings the total number of Bahrainis on staff to the significant figure of 75%. It also brings the total number of female staff to 44%, a sign of the mortgage provider's affirmative stance in encouraging women to enter the workforce, and, importantly, to build a solid career path.

As with all Sakana staff, the recruits will be put through a combination of on- and off-site training programs to ensure they are equipped with sufficient business knowledge to offer customers accurate, consistent information and quality service.
