Investing about Dhs300,000 in Sales Training Programs for its regional staff; Wild Discovery aims at adhering to Dubai as a basis of its operations.
In his commentary on the same, Mr. Patrick Samaha, General Manager of Wild Discovery Dubai office said, 'We have done intensive studies over the markets in the region which resulted in Dubai being the hub for development and improvement. After the great push we were given by the Dubai Shopping Festival, we've decided that our Sales Training Program should be oriented towards Dubai to improve the staff efficiently for such a professional and competitive market.'
Wild Discovery realizes the vitality of optimizing its human resources, thus it has invested in this domain to be able to serve these markets and ensure significant client service is provided in the travel and tourism industry. To attain its objective, Wild Discovery has recruited one of the leading management consultancies to provide trainees with professional workshops and seminars.
Mr. Samaha added, 'We are proud to work on developing our human resources to fulfill the challenging market in Dubai particularly and UAE in general. Our market has witnessed up to 40 % improvement which gave us a great shove to expand our range of application. Expansion plans are to be announced to the public in the near future.'
The Sales Training Program STP is in collaboration with 'La Faculté des Lettres et des Science Humaines - Section Aménagement Touristique et Culturel' - University Saint Joseph, one of the most renowned universities in Lebanon and the Middle East for its internationally recognized diplomas.
