Agility expands in Europe

Kuwait-based Agility, the Middle East's largest storage and logistics company, has announced that it has purchased all of Spain-based Combalia Transportes Internacionales 1986 SL's transport and warehousing units in Barcelona and Madrid to expand in southern Europe, reported Bloomberg. The deal values the assets at $377,712 and will help expand Agility's Spanish road freight business, the company said in a filing to Dubai's stock exchange today.
