Following an in-depth assessment of the Bonyan Group's IT requirements, Raqmiyat proposed the integration of applications from industry leaders such as Microsoft and Hewlett Packard (HP), in addition to delivery of services, which will support all the hardware devices, operating systems and system software. The packaged solution includes the integration of SAP CRM and SAP ERP applications with Microsoft's Active Directory and Exchange 2007, and HP's Blade Server Technology and SAN storage. The highly scalable infrastructure will connect Bonyan's regional offices in the GCC while providing a robust IT support with complete redundancy of the servers and networks, which is set to promote a more prompt and efficient marketing approach to meet business demands.
