ENOC shares HR best practices with Department of Naturalisation & Residency

As a leading employer and exemplary company in human resources practices, ENOC, the diversified energy group, shared insights in HR initiatives and nationalisation with the Department of Naturalisation and Residency during the latter's recent visit to the company.

Saeed Abdullah Khoory, ENOC Group Chief Executive, said:

Shaikha S. Al Haddad, ENOC's Emiratisation and HR Services Manager, discussed the vision, mission and responsibilities of the Group Human Resources Department.

Al Haddad commented: "We are happy to have this opportunity to share our unique organisational structures as well as the rules and procedures that ENOC's HR team follows. Currently, 20% of our work force is made up of emiratis and our Group HR is constantly trying to enhance the competency of our employees, while always looking out for highly skilled, talented and promising UAE nationals."

Mr. Ali Al Sharif, head of HR department at DNRD explained: "The main goal of our visit was to find ways to further develop, motivate and improve our employees by sharing innovative ideas and best practices in human resources. We plan to visit other companies in order to get a sample of how some of the best HR systems work so that we can incorporate new ideas into our own processes. We have found that ENOC in particular, has many exemplary elements contained within their HR system, which may help to improve our HR department."

Government-backed ENOC demonstrates continued commitment by developing and supporting its employees through HR best practice initiatives, which exist across the Group's diversified subsidiaries and operations.
