The award was handed by Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi, Managing Director for Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, and the organizers of The International Property Show (IPS) who visited Falconcity of Wonders in their Head Office on February 28, 2008.
Mr. Alharith Salem Al Moosa, CEO Deputy of Sales and Operations of Falconcity of Wonders thanked Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi for awarding Falconcity of Wonders the certificate of participation in IPS, the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region, and assured the participation of Falconcity of wonders in the next International Property Show due to the importance of this event, which has witnessed the presence of 200 companies from 70 countries, and he thanked Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi for visiting Falconcity of Wonders.
Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi said he was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the event and congratulated Mr. Salem Al Moosa on the remarkable success of Falconcity during International Property Show 2008.
He further added that in addition to the presence of leading local, regional and global developers at the show, the presence of financial institutions within the venue and event's registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency were also significant contributors to the overwhelming success of the 2008 edition of International Property Show.
International Property Show 2008 is considered one of the most important transactional property exhibitions to conclude real estate deals.
During IPS 2008 more than three thousand commercial and housing units were sold with a value of Dhs20bn.
Falconcity of Wonders had a successful and impressive participation in the International Property Show 2008, that was organized at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 17th -19th 2008.
During the Exhibition, Falconcity of Wonders attracted potential investors, experts in real estates, and the most prominent personalities as well as media coverage at the local, regional and international level.
Occupying more than 40,000,000 square feet, Falconcity of Wonders is an integrated city that accommodates exclusive educational, residential, commercial and entertainment elements.
