New award to honor top Arab health project

The Executive Bureau of the Arab Health Ministers Council plans to set up an award for the best health project in the Arab world, reported Khaleej Times. UAE Minister of Health Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qutami said the award would aim to encourage unique initiatives and innovations in the field of medicine. Technical and procedural details pertaining to the award will be worked out this week at the 32nd meeting of the Council, which is being held in Egypt.
