He joined the Rotana family in November 2004 at Queen Centre Rotana in Damascus. Then, Addam moved to Dubai and took the position of Front Office Duty Manager at Al Bustan Rotana in September 2005.
On his new appointment Ibrahim said: "I am delighted to be taking on this role. I am looking forward to being able to use my experience to make a real difference with my team at the Front Desk in BurJuman Rotana."
Addam studied Hospitality Management in Damascus-Syria.
