Tanmia's Center for Career Guidance and Planning (CCGP), which is taking part in the exhibition, is offering academic and career advice to the participating baccalaureate students to enable them to make the right decision with regard to the choice of academic course they should consider, in line with the demands of the modern day labour market.

As per the terms of the MoU, a joint executive committee will be formed comprising representatives from both sides. The committee will be responsible for coordinating activities in areas of mutual interest, and will develop an action plan to implement activities agreed in the MoU, within the prescribed timeframe.
Tanmia will provide the Fujairah Human Resources Department, access to its database of National jobseekers to enable them to choose suitable candidates and provide training and employment opportunities.
Tanmia will also provide assistance by making available the research and findings of its Labour Market Information System (LMIS), which will offer valuable information with regard to requirements and trends in the UAE labour market.
The two parties will also work together to conduct special training programs aimed specifically at preparing UAE Nationals to handle challenges at the work place.
Tanmia will also cooperate with Fujairah Human Resources Department to coordinate with organisations from the private and public sectors to conduct seminars and field visits that will provide jobseekers a better understanding of the job market.
