About the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF)

GAIF is a Pan-Arab body which strives to be the principal supporter of the Arab insurance industry. Since its inception in 1964, GAIF has served as an organised framework for the collective work of its members, and has produced valuable analytical studies and market guidance.

The Federation's primary purpose is to strengthen Pan-Arab insurance market cooperation, and to coordinate activities across the Arab insurance industry. GAIF comprises over 259 members from across the entire Arab World.
