The first letter of award is for the construction of a commercial centre at Khalidiya area, Abu Dhabi, comprising of two towers - one office block and one residential block; each 34 floors, 3 basements, Ground Floor and Mezzanine. The total value of the letter of award exceeds Dhs600m and completion period over 26 months.
The second letter of award was received from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to construct a New Quality Control Laboratory Building at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
The total value of the letter of award amounts to Dhs96m and the project is to be completed over 20 months.
The third letter of award was received from ADNOC to construct a police Complex at Das Island, Abu Dhabi.
The total value of the letter of award amounts to Dhs96.4m and the project is to be completed over 18 months.
Mr. Riad Kamal, CEO of Arabtec Holding PJSC said, "these projects extend Arabtec's share in the booming Abu Dhabi market".
Arabtec Holding PJSC announced during November 2007 that it acquired 60% of Target Engineering Construction Company LLC (TARGET), a leading construction company whose name is associated with quality landmark projects in the UAE.
