Barclays recognised for Emiratisation efforts

The exemplary Emiratisation efforts of Barclays Bank were recognized Wednesday, 5 March during a ceremony at the National Career Exhibition in Sharjah.
In addition to the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, the exhibition is organized by the Expo Center Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Human Resources Development Committee in the Banking sector.
Barclays was selected for distinction based on their achievement in meeting employment targets for Emiratisation in the past year.
The award was presented by His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al-Qassimi and H.E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer to Hani Hirzallah, the Head of Human Relations for Barclays.
"It is an honour for me to accept this award on behalf of Barclays," said Hizrallah. "I take a great deal of pride in working for an organisation with such a strong commitment to Emiratisation."
