- PRESS RELEASE
Etisalat announced its 'Think Bigger' campaign, which aims to revolutionize the internet café experience through faster connections and special promotional offers for new and existing internet cafés in the UAE.
For café owners, Etisalat's eCafé provides a range of benefits. Charges, for instance, are based on a monthly flat rate, regardless of the number of PCs connected and the volume of usage, saving thousands of dirhams. Participating cafés can also take advantage of high-visibility Etisalat signboards, provided free of charge. Also, eCafé provides a round-the-clock maintenance and repair service to ensure that the internet café is connected all the time.
"One of Etisalat's goals is to help fulfill the potential of the nation by extending our customer's reach", said Essa Al Haddad, Chief Marketing Officer at Etisalat.
"We are also committed to supporting entrepreneurs and small and medium businesses in the country. The growth in the number of coffee shops in the UAE is visible, and a key quality benchmark for these is the availability of high-speed internet access. Through our new packages, we are making it easier for cafés across the country to establish a loyal clientele and to enhance the profitability of their business."
Based on recent reports, the UAE is the leading country in the region for Information & Communication Technology (ICT). Etisalat has played a vital role in this development, increasing internet accessibility through its services including internet café services at shopping malls, cafés, libraries, gaming centres, social clubs, community centres and education centres.
