The conference will be attended by a large number of students from the UAE in addition to renowned international speakers, various papers will be presented as well as a large number of workshops will be held.

This year the Women as Global Leaders conference is themed "Learning Leadership", and focuses on women's emergent and current leadership roles across the globe as well as the practice of educating students for and about leadership.
