Tameer and Al Noor Children's Centre presents 'Al Noor Annual Fun Fair'

Tameer Holding, the region's leading real estate company, was the Headline Sponsor of this year's Fun Fair hosted by the Al Noor Centre for Children with Special Needs on Friday, 7 March in Dubai.

This initiative is a vital part of Tameer's strategy, which is aimed at supporting social organizations and different humanitarian activities.

It is also part of Tameer's keenness to participate in social events aimed at supporting the different levels of society, and of its belief in the importance of social ties that lead to the betterment of the whole society.

Tameer President, Mr. Omar Ayesh said of the event, 'This event is one of the highlights of the year for many of Dubai's special needs children and their families, and Tameer is proud to be involved. The efforts of the Al Noor Centre go a long way toward improving the quality of life of a large number of people, and our support of this Fun Fair is a token of our appreciation for the role that the centre plays in our society.'

The fair, hosted annually by Al Noor Training Centre, is a fun-filled day for the whole family with the help of more than 800 volunteers, during which patrons can enjoy a variety of things to see and do, including face painting, art competitions, horseback rides, plays and shows to entertain the children and a host of other activities, which helps in raising funds and donations to Al Noor Centre.

'Tameer is an avid supporter of a number of humanitarian causes and issues in the UAE, and is keen to involve itself in the enrichment of the country's society through participation in its many socially responsible initiatives,' says Omar Ayesh.

Mr. Khalid Al Halyan, Chairman of Al Noor Centre for Children with Special Needs expressed his heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Tameer for sponsoring the FUN Fair. 'We thank Tameer for its humanitarian initiative in putting smiles on the faces of our children. We hope that other firms in the country will do the same as Tameer did today to support and appreciate children with special needs, that will better enable Al Noor Centre to serve these kids and give them hope for a bright future,' he said.
