Marco Aveta has been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager of the Radisson SAS Hotel located in the bustling heart of Dubai Media City.
Aveta, an Italian national, has gained over a decade of culinary and managerial experience in the Middle East with several international and local hotel chains.
"Replacing my whites for a tie focused me on bigger challenges ahead. "Aveta said commenting on his new role.
He joined the hotel in September 2005 part of the pre-opening team responsible for setting up the kitchen operations and the creation of the restaurant concepts including the Italian restaurant Certo which received many awards for its outstanding Italian cuisine.
Siegfried Nierhaus, General Manager said, "After a successful two years we are now well established as a preferred hotel amongst business travellers and a number one venue for social activities.
