ITQAN achieves the first ISO/IEC 20000 certification in the region

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for IT service management and ITQAN became the first systems integrator in the region to be certified.
ISO/IEC 20000 enables to establish an effective and efficient IT infrastructure that addresses client needs faster and better, By ensuring better communication flow between personnel and customers it ensures greater productivity and utilization of skill sets and experiences and also improves customer satisfaction.
This accreditation reiterates ITQAN's proven commitment to the pursuit of excellence. Since its inception in 1984, it has been at the forefront of pioneering new tools and technologies in the region and has always focused on adopting latest advancements in performance standards and quality benchmarks. ITQAN was one of the earliest companies to be certified ISO 9001-2000 and has always maintained its strides towards excellence winning recognitions one after the other, including The Best System Integrator - Arab Technology Awards 2007, The Best ICT Company - Arab Technology Awards 2006 and Microsoft Winning Customer Award in 2006 & 2004 internationally.
Regionally, ITQAN was the first systems integrator to receive Sheikh Khalifa Appreciation certificate in 2005 - 2006, and Dubai Quality Appreciation Award as the IT Company of the Year (Services) in 1999.
