The Institute of Management Consultants and Trainers (IMC-Jordan) organized several training courses during February, which were conducted by specialized trainers in management consultancy and training.
IMC-Jordan conducted a "Project Feasibility Analysis & Evaluation" training course at the Central Electricity Generating Company (CEGCO) premises. The training course, specifically requested by CEGCO, aimed to train its employees to improve and develop their capabilities in order to enable them to professionally conduct feasibility studies. The training covered preparation models including market research techniques, forecasting methods, cost estimation principles and methodologies as well as the functions, formulas and mathematical correlations used to predict the commercial and economic profitability of projects. CEGCO requested this course from IMC-Jordan based on their trust in the standards of the courses which are conducted at a very high level of professionalism to better serve the business community.
In its pursuit to enhance best practice implementation and to provide individuals with professional skills that would positively enhance their career, IMC-Jordan also held a four-day course entitled "Human Resources Management" at the Amman Kempinski Hotel, which was attended by employees from different companies interested in advancing their HR departments. The Four-day course aimed to develop the participants HR standards and techniques; it covered various HR topics including human resources survey, training and development of human resources, recruitment process management, job descriptions development and human resources performance standards.
Through these workshops, IMC-Jordan seeks to provide participants with a comprehensive knowledge of HR systems, functions, tools, and techniques to enable them to distinguish themselves from others. Furthermore, applying these standards in a tangible way will ultimately improve performance of companies, which in turn will lead to productive and economic development in society.
IMC-Jordan will continue conducting these courses in light of its confidence that social and economic development is a national duty and IMC-Jordan has an established belief that developing management consultancy and training will eventually lead to development in various fields.
