Trakhees-CED launches eModify, new touch-screen service for Nakheel and DW property owners

eModify is a Kiosk-based solution to help the property owners review the details of the modification services that are allowed, such as details of documents required, and submit their application to Trakhees-CED conveniently. It works on a very user-friendly touch screen interface that makes it easy for customers to submit documents. It will save time considerably and will ensure their satisfaction.

The eModify solution is a major step taken by Trakhees-CED to ensure customer satisfaction. It eases the whole process related to facility modifications that the property owners may be keen to make. The system will facilitate the submission of the request, its processing, tracking of its status and finally its approval.

During the first phase, the system will be installed at NAM offices in Garden, International City and at Trakhees-Civil Engineering Department in Jebel Ali Free Zone.
