Trakhees-CED launches eModify, new touch-screen service for Nakheel and DW property owners

Trakhees - Civil Engineering Department, the building and construction licensing arm of Ports, Customs and Freezone Corporation (PCFC), launched today eModify, the system it developed recently to help owners of properties in Nakheel and other Dubai World developments who want to make modifications to the facilities they have purchased.
Mr. Chris O'Donnell, Chief Executive Officer, Nakheel, attended the launch of the Trakhees eModify kiosk at Nakheel Asset Management Office (NAM), Building No. 5, Garden Furnished Apartments in the presence of Engineer Nazek Al Sabbagh, Managing Director, Trakhees,
Engineer Nazek said: "Technology-aided solutions have become the need of our times to ensure speed and accuracy. Trakhees-CED is keen to adopt cutting edge technology in all customer related activities. CED is the first among Dubai World companies to go on an electronic platform for its service operations. eModify is another step towards making it easy for our customers while dealing with us."
Mr. O'Donnell said: "Nakheel is always keen to satisfy our customers' needs. Our strength as leading urban developers comes from the confidence customers and property owners have in our innovative spirit. eModify will show how much we care for them. We want what we offer to our customers to be the best in terms of value for money, time and convenience, and this facility will ensure that."
The eModify solution is a major step taken by Trakhees-CED to ensure customer satisfaction. It eases the whole process related to facility modifications that the property owners may be keen to make. The system will facilitate the submission of the request, its processing, tracking of its status and finally its approval.
During the first phase, the system will be installed at NAM offices in Garden, International City and at Trakhees-Civil Engineering Department in Jebel Ali Free Zone.
