Hayden plans expansion in Asia

Hayden Properties said it plans to build high-end residential properties in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam this year, reported Khaleej Times. Hayden, a 50-50 joint venture between KOP Capital and Emirates Tarian Capital Pte Ltd, which is owned 60% by UAE-based Emirates Investments Group, is targeting high net worth individuals as investors in its properties. The two-year old company has a portfolio worth $1bn.
