Limitless to buy stakes in Indonesian developer

Limitless, Dubai World's property arm, plans to buy 30% stakes in three units of PT Bakrieland Development, Indonesia's biggest property developer by value, reported Bloomberg. Limitless will pay $110m for the stakes in PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama, PT Bumi Daya Makmur, and PT Superwish Perkasa, Bakrieland, the company said in a statement published in Bisnis Indonesia newspaper. The Dubai firm will pay cash and convert some debt into shares.
