Bonciani's predecessor Thierry Louesse was recently appointed to head the expanding networking and site services division at GBM Headquarters in Dubai.
Bonciani's experience includes managing the IBM Software Group for both South America and Europe and heading Software Channels at a worldwide level, in addition to being responsible for small and medium business channels for the whole EMEA region.
