Nakheel to build Waterfront City

Nakheel, developer of a waterfront project in Dubai twice the size of Hong Kong island, has announced that it will build a new city at the center of the offshore development. Waterfront City will be built on a central island surrounded by four districts and will be home to 92,000 people.
