UAE investing $7bn in Sudan

The UAE is investing $7bn in Sudan, making it the second largest investor in the African country behind China, reported WAM. Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Beshir told a news conference that his country is providing attractive opportunities for foreign investment. Al Beshir visited with UAE leaders to discuss wide-ranging issues including Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon as well as latest political developments in Sudan.
