Albisher & Alkazemi Company inaugurates new Mercedes-Benz ExpressService Center in Ahmadi

In addition to the passenger car workshop, this new facility houses three dedicated ExpressService work-bays to cater to all jobs that can be completed within one hour. Initially the following jobs will be carried out by Mercedes-Benz certified workshop personnel -

• Oil Change Service
• Service A
• A/C Maintenance service
• Engine Flushing
• Batteries check-up & replacement.
• Exhaust System inspection and repair
• Brakes System inspection and maintenance
• Suspension inspection and repair

This new facility not only has a state of the art ExpressService workshop, it also has a comfortable customer waiting lounge.

To take the stress out of car service, customers can relax in our chic Mercedes Café with a cappuccino and bring their laptop computers along to browse their favourite sites on the internet using the free Wi-Fi at our facility, while waiting for their ExpressService to be completed.

Another interesting feature of this facility is that the customer waiting lounge and the Mercedes-Benz Café both overlook the ExpressService work-bays, so that every customer can watch his vehicle being worked on, for their added convenience and security.

In another effort towards customer satisfaction, this facility will remain open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday, so customers can make use of it at their convenience.

The southern areas of Kuwait especially, have witnessed fast paced growth and increasing numbers of people in the country are moving here. To cater for this future demand for our cars and for the convenience of our customers residing in Ahmadi and the surrounding areas we are looking to build a Mercedes-Benz passenger car showroom in a suitable location in these areas in the near future. That will enable us to provide the complete package of Mercedes-Benz products and services to our valuable customers in these parts".
