Mr. Paul Floyd, Managing Director of FAMCO and Mr. Arif Chishti, FAMCO's Divisional Manager (Construction Equipment) received the prestigious award from senior management of Volvo Construction Equipment including Tony Helsham, CEO and Scott Hall, Senior Vice President, at Volvo's recent International Dealer Conference in Cape Town, South Africa.
Volvo reviewed many factors from all international distributors, such as excellence in key account management, accomplishment of various key performance indicators including customer satisfaction index, parts and service retention and service absorption, as well as adherence to dealer operating standards.
The award also recognises the continuous investments that FAMCO has made in its business resources, including people, facilities and equipment.
Paul Floyd, FAMCO's Managing Director said:

We now need to maintain our position and to further strengthen our performance in the industry, and to continue to provide the best possible customer service levels."
FAMCO has been distributing Volvo Construction Equipment since 1984 and has won many awards including Excellent Customer Support Performance in 2003, 2005 and 2006.
