The Silver Craft range is the company's latest product line up and includes the new luxury Silver Craft 37 model, which represents the new generation of leisure craft.

"As we predicted the excellent response received for the Silver Craft range, which debuted in the Middle East for the first time at the show, demonstrates that there is a gap in the market for smaller luxury boats. The sales results are very impressive and shows that this premiere boat show is the ideal platform on which to launch new and innovative products," said Erwin Bamps, Executive Manager of Gulf Craft Inc. "We are pleased with the confidence and support of our world wide dealer network, with most of the present boat orders and deliveries meant for the international market".

Gulf Craft is the most prominent exhibitor at DIBS 2008 and is exhibiting a total of 17 vessels at this years show with Silver Craft making up a large section of the model line up.

"Clients are looking for excellent design and high-specifications for the entire spectrum of sports, fishing and family boats and Silver Craft matches these criteria on a smaller scale without compromising quality," said Notis Manellou, General Manager of Silver Craft.

As well as the Silver Craft models is also showcasing its new luxury Majesty 77 and 121 yachts. The revolutionary Oryx 40 Fly and 46 Fly sport cruiser boats are a modern and aggressively sporty looking addition to the popular range and are set to receive and enthusiastic welcome from the younger customer base.

DIBS 2008 runs from the March 11th to the March15th and Gulf Craft's stand can be found at EX-65 and on-water display, where a record number of models will be on display.

Notes and media contacts

Gulf Craft Inc, based in Umm Al Quwain in the United Arab Emirates, exports more than 70 per cent of its output and its super-luxury vessels are to be found in virtually every major harbour of the world.

Although Gulf Craft Inc began life building small pleasure craft, it is now a mainstream producer of multi-deck masterpieces where neither expense nor effort are spared in setting the definitive 'state of the art' standard for ocean-going luxury.

It is one of only a handful capable of producing vessels of 100-ft and over, with sport cruiser annual production of about 700 vessels up to 150 ft overall length.

Since launching its Majesty Yachts brand in 2004 and its Oryx brand in 2005, orders have been pouring in. Its first top-of-the range Majesty 130-footer is delivered to its Australian customer and a 145-footer is now on the drawing boards.
