Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development to host risk management forum

The Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development announced that it is organising a one-day forum on best practices in risk management with a focus on corporate strategy; finance; health, safety, and environment; and others, as part of its commitment to enable public and private sector enterprises achieve organizational excellence.
They will spotlight current issues in risk management, providing insights from their practical experience to expand attendees' knowledge on the trends and challenges specific to their sectors.
Mohammed Jassim, CEO of DIHRD, said: "The forum aims to spread awareness on risk and emergency management, which are special focus areas under the excellence awards and programs. We seek to introduce participants to the importance of preparing clear-cut policies and integrated risk management mechanisms. The forum will also recommend ways to link these methods, tools and techniques to core business strategies."
"The forum will help attendees ensure effective implementation of their plans while learning from previous experience. It will also guide them to review and update their mechanisms based on the analysis of internal and external data," added Jassim.
