Injazat Data Systems, the region's leading IT and Business Process Outsourcing Company, has announced that it is the Platinum Sponsor of International Data Corp.'s (IDC) annual Middle East Chief Information Officer (CIO) Summit that is being held from March 16 to 17, 2008, at the Grand Hyatt's in Dubai.
Organized by IDC, the leading global market intelligence firm for the information, communications and consumer technology markets, the event will gather CIOs from the region to discuss their evolving roles, and network with peers; exploring the direction of the information systems outsourcing industry, which is estimated to have achieved Dhs355bn globally and will pass Dhs434bn by 2011
Kenny Wilson,CIO, Injazat Data Systems said: "Today's CIOs face challenges while ensuring that IT is aligned with business objectives. Injazat attributes its huge success to increasing regional demand for IT services and a robust regional economy which has positioned outsourcing as a competitive strategy for leading organizations.
"Consolidated IT Systems, managing costs, staffing, and pace of technology trends are key challenges facing CIOs and outsourcing is becoming a strategic enabler to overcome these challenges." Said Kenny Wilson "Quality outsourcing services delivered by local resources are essential considerations when selecting an outsourcing partner." concluded Wilson
