Kuwait bans phones while driving
Kuwait: Sunday, March 16 - 2008 at 07:50
The Kuwait government has passed a law banning the use of mobile phones while driving, effective May 1. The law will make phone use while driving a traffic violation. The law is being introduced because of the number of accidents caused while people are talking on their mobile phones.
