LMI Lebanon coach several Lebanese companies

The program implemented at several successful Lebanese companies including the Central Bank. Thus, LMI program enticed participants to develop their skills and to improve their performance to generate successful and measurable results in their respective organizations.

LMI was established in the United States in 1966 with the main goal to develop and maximize people's performance in their companies through well developed programs, which lead to improving people's attitudes and personal productivity. LMI - Lebanon is the first company in Lebanon that adopted an international program that coaches companies' leaders and key people to positively change their behavior and build on personal progress and efficiency reflecting positively on their organizations' profitability.

Prominent Lebanese companies and banks such as the Central Bank's participants have greatly benefited from the expertise and programs of LMI to improve their productivity and competence. The coaching was extended through a full eight weeks program including one-on-one coaching, continuous follow-up with the head of Units, assistance for specific tasks to ensure progress and achieve positive results.
