Tala Bay Platinum Sponsor of PropertyLink 08

The event is organized for the third consecutive year by B-design and Marketing, which will also stage the 2nd PropertyLink Conference on the sidelines of the exhibition.

'We share with the organizers of PropertyLink a pioneering status in the local market and regional markets. We both had groundbreaking visions that were translated into facts on the ground,' he added.

During its participation in the event last year, Tala bay seized the opportunity to announce that the project had already achieved 75 percent of sales target for 2007.

'We have more good news to announce this year,' Mazen Homoud said.

For his part, B-design's Managing Director Ayman Banayot thanked Tala bay for lending the platinum sponsorship to the exhibition, adding that big names like Tala Bay have added to the good reputation PropertyLink has earned over the past three years.

Tala Bay is located at the south coast of Aqaba, consisting of state of the art villas and apartments, prestigious five-stars and four- star hotels with a total capacity of 1,300 rooms, and more than 100 retail stores including restaurants, cafés and other entertainment outlets that extend around the Marina.

The project was launched by the Jordan Projects for Tourism Development (JPTD), a public shareholding company that was established in 2001 as a public shareholding company of Jordanians and Arab investors. The major investors in JPTD are: Abujaber Investments, Orascom Projects for Touristic Development, Zara Investments, the Social Security Corporation, and Al Haqq Establishment.

B-design & Marketing has announced that a long list of local and regional companies have registered for PropertyLink 2008, encouraged by the success in the previous two exhibitions.

The PropertyLink Conference is meant to shed light on developments in the property world and forecast future trends. It will seek to answer more questions and thus give further insight into the sector.
