Cairo to build Cambridge in Dubai

Egyptian company Cairo Contracting has won a Dhs40.35m contract to build the Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The contract was awarded by Dubai property developer Memon Investments, which expects the Business Centre to cost Dhs80m once finished. Construction is expected to take 19 months to complete. Already sold out, the CBC will site 108 offices of various sizes, 11 retail outlets and banking facilities.
