- PRESS RELEASE
Carrying forth its tradition of providing customers innovative products and services designed to meet their needs, Burgan Bank is poised to introduce the Burgan Travel Assistance policy in association with Gulf Insurance Company (GIC).
Highlighting that the Burgan Travel Assistance Policy has been developed to provide a complete financial package, Burgan Bank Retail Banking Group Senior General Manager Simon Clements adds, "Like other Burgan Bank products, our new Travel Assistance Policy aims to protect and improve our customers' financial well-being, offering them a convenient and economical way to assist themselves and their families against mishaps and medical expenses while traveling abroad. We are delighted to partner with GIC to bring our customers such benefits."
Reiterating the growing demand for travel insurance, GIC General Manager Tareq Al Sahaf adds, "Be it for leisure or for business, the outflow and influx of travelers from Kuwait to destinations worldwide continues to increase. Our market insight has revealed that security and compensation are the two crucial factors that concern frequent travelers. We therefore are proud to join hands with Burgan Bank to introduce this Policy which will offer a premium starting KD3.5 upwards."
Amongst other benefits, the Burgan Travel Assistance Policy provides access to any agreed medical center or doctor belonging to one's company's international network, indemnity of lost Credit Card, delivery of medicines as well as long distance medical information services.
