As part of the agreement, ADWC's final year student graduation projects will be developed and implemented into different divisions and departments of Esnaad.

Esnaad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adnoc, has long been a supporter of ADWC. 'We both stand with much to gain in this new program,' stated Darwish Al Qubaisi, Esnaad's General Manager. 'Esnaad, with its business and experience in the oil and gas industry, offers students of the Abu Dhabi Women's College a great opportunity to be exposed to its work environment.'

Esnaad will provide the specific requirements, details and anticipated outcomes for each project and ADWC students will be required to create projects which meet those specifications. Esnaad will then implement the successfully completed projects into its operations.

The idea of the agreement is to give students practical experience so that they are able to apply what they learn in the classroom to real-life business situations. In addition, students will be encouraged to be creative as they work out the details of the assignment, knowing that if they are successful, their project will become part of the working structure of a world class organization.

'ADWC is pleased to enter into this agreement with Esnaad,' said Dr. Brad Cook, ADWC's Director. 'Opportunities such as this one provide our students with practical work experience which supports their classroom education. This kind of opportunity also ensures vocational competency, which is one of the graduate outcomes for all students of the Higher Colleges of Technology. We are pleased to be working with Esnaad once again and we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership.'
