This is the second promotion in a year for Naim and comes after the successful launch of Six Senses Hideaway, Zighy Bay in Oman.
In his new role, Naim will be responsible for further development of the brand in the region including the launch of Evason Ma’in & Six Senses Spa in Jordan later this year.
The promotion underlines Six Senses’ pursuit of excellence in its portfolio of deluxe resorts across the world and Naim brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
He has earned an MBA from the International Management Centre, an affiliate of Oxford University; a Diploma of Business (Hospitality Management) from the University of South Australia.
Naim’s previous roles have seen him based in Japan; United Arab Emirates; Saudi Arabia; in Queensland’s Gold Coast and Hayman Island in his native Australia.
Naim comments on his promotion: “I feel my time with Six Senses has been extremely fruitful and I look forward to this new challenge. I will be dedicating my time as Managing Director – Middle East for Six Senses Spa & Resorts working on enhancing the brand presence. Also, overseeing the management of all Six Senses Hideaways and Six Senses Spas in the Middle East, in addition to taking charge of pursuing new resort and spa developments in the region”.
