Sorouh sets up unit in Dubai

Sorouh Real Estate Co., Abu Dhabi's second-biggest developer, has announced that it is launching a unit in Dubai that it will use to make overseas acquisitions, reported Bloomberg. Sorouh International Ltd. will be based in Dubai's Jebel Ali district. Sorouh is also setting up companies in Egypt and Morocco to start local commercial, residential and lodging construction projects.
