The Dubai International Boat Show the largest marine industry exhibition in the Middle East, is a showcase of yachts and boats from both local and international builders together with the latest innovations in marine equipment and accessories.

Sunreef Yachts will be participating at the event which runs from the 11 - 15 March 2008 at the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) - Mina Seyahi.

Sunreef Yachts will be located at stand 1-3 in the Luxury Supplies and Services Area.

Following the success of the Sunreef 74 and Sunreef 62 Sailing, two new Sunreef catamarans, the 67 Sunreef Power and the Sunreef 67 Sailing, have been launched.

In the construction of both Sunreef used Vacuum Infusion, an envornmentally superior method which results in stringer and lighter hulls. Sunreef has used vacuum infusion and epoxy resin in all of its production since early 2007.

"In addition to the obvious benefits to the environment, Infusion also means unform hull density and stiffness," Nicolas Lapp, Sunreef's Vice-President said,

"Sunreef Yachts is one of the few shipyards in the world building semi-custom yachts using epoxy resin system and high performance fibreglass products coupled with carbon reinforcement in high load area's.''

The 67 Sunreef Power is available in three models - the charter, semi-owner and owner.

The first powerboat by the Polish builder, the 67 Sunreef Power was designed for comfort, speed and endurance with the same dynamic and powerful style that has become a Sunreef trademark. With optional twin 870 horsepower engines, the 67 will reach 30 knots.

Sunreef's signature flying bridge and spacious 320 square foot ( 98 metres) external cockpit is a integral to the Denn Clifford design.

Below decks, the 67 features a luxurious 500 square foot (152 m2) interior designed in-house by Sunreef Design Team around a comfortable modern saloon, sky lounge and bar with access to the fully-equipped galley and guest cabins within the hulls. An interior steering station is on the mezzanine level. Forward, with magnificent sea views, is the spacious owner's cabin in the "Owner" model or two guest cabins in the "Semi-owner" and "Charter" models. All cabins offer ensuite facilities and individual entertainment systems.

The Sunreef 67 Sailing answers market demand for ever bigger boats so taking advantage of greater interior space, the arrangement has been completely revamped. The galley has been moved aft on the port side and is now separated from the saloon providing more space for a bar and interior steering station.

Stern cabins have large panoramic windows brightening the accomadation. Greater space also translates into a walk-around king size bed. For the first time beds are oriented transversely.

Alternative interior options for both the 67's are available.

The 67 Sunreef Power leaves soon with her new owners for a trip around the world while the second hull will be available for charter in the Sunreef Charter fleet. Sunreef 67 Sailing joins the Sunreef Charter Fleet in the summer of 2008.

Sunreef Yachts is a world leader in construction of large, luxury catamarans over 60 feet ( 19 metres) and in early 2009 expects to launch its first superyacht catamaran, the Sunreef 102 Double Deck.

"This yacht is a new step in Sunreef's history as we plan to build superyachts in the future," said Nicolas Lapp, "We have already inquiries for big custom units, single and double decks and we have even bought new facility in order to build more and bigger in size".

The shipyard is currently looking for local representation in the Gulf region.
