- Jordan: Tuesday, March 18 - 2008 at 12:56
- PRESS RELEASE
AAA Jordan has recently signed a 3-year partnership agreement with Unity Trading Est., Jordan's Hyundai licensed agent, to offer roadside assistance to all Hyundai customers.
Mr. Abdel Raheem Al Kayed, AAA Jordan Director, welcomed this partnership and described it as a crucial step towards implementing higher safety measures on the roads.
Mr. Kayed stated, "I am delighted to forge a partnership with Hyundai, which like the AAA Jordan has long provided its customers with a second-to-none service. AAA is geared towards providing the best practiced standards in roadside assistance to Hyundai customers."
On the other hand, Hyundai is keen on providing the most convenient service to its customers whenever they are; and in this regard Mr. Saeed Khalaf, Hyundai Sales and Marketing Director, said "After sale service exemplifies Hyundai persistence on providing its customers with high quality service, which exceeds the showroom vicinity to the road; hence this partnership agreement with AAA Jordan for 3 years comes to add to our commitment in exceeding customers expectations."
