The DTCM Executive Missions, Mr. Ali Abdul Wahab said more than 700 companies from 47 countries participated in the 17th Central European tourism industry trade fair from February 14 to 17.
There were more than 29,000 participants at the show with a gross exhibition space of 19600 square metres.
The Holiday World is a significant travel and tourism fair in Central Europe and this was the 10th year that the DTCM participated at the event.
The Dubai co-participants were Al Abjar Tourism, Alpha Tours, Arabian Link Tours, Desert Adventures tourism, Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, Fly Express Tourism, Kurban Tours, Lama Group of Companies, Planet Tours & Safaris, Remal Al Emarat Travel & Tourism, Rida International and Royal Gulf Tourism.
Dubai's impressive showing at Holiday World 2008 in Prague
The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), along with 12 co-participants from the emirate's booming tourism industry, participated in the Holiday World-2008 travel exhibition in Prague, Czech Republic, recently.
