It follows that potential buyers would be well advised to arrive at the exhibition for the opening as I know there will be many excellent value property deals ready to be signed up.'

One of the first exhibitors to confirm Gold Sponsorship at Home Owner Dubai 2008 was Cayan Investment & Development who will be showcasing four projects, Silverene, Dorrabay, The Jewels and Cayan Business Centre.

Commenting on one of their latest projects, Cayan's CEO Kareem Derbas said, 'Cayan's mission is to challenge the world of architecture and build unique homes and as a result all of Cayan's residential projects enjoy key waterfront locations. Cayan has five projects on the prestigious Dubai Marina with its latest project being Silverene, two magnificient towers located in the heart of the marina, next to the Marina Mall and the Yacht Club."

Regarding Cayan's participation in Home Owner Dubai, Derbas said 'As in previous shows, we hope to generate quality leads and serious investors. On this global platform, we are positioning Cayan as a leading property developer in the region.'
