Women rule in Saudi car market

Despite issues of women driving in Saudi Arabia, market watchers in the country said 15% of Saudi women are buyers in the car market, reported Arab News. Industry reports said women buy one in five luxury sedans. Aljomaih Company said about 480,000 new cars entered the Saudi market last year, 25,000 of which were sold to women. and is expected to jump to 25% in the first year that Saudi Arabia were to lift the driving ban.
