e-Total Quality Management (e-TQM) College has launched a new masters programme for health care professionals to learn managerial skills, reported Gulf News. The Masters of Science in Public Health: Excellence in Health Care Management is offering health care professionals and fresh graduates with practical managerial skills. The programmed allows professionals to finish the course while pursuing full time jobs.
