- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, March 23 - 2008 at 14:48
- PRESS RELEASE
Injazat Data Systems, one of the Middle East's leading Information Technology and Business Process managed services companies, has announced that it has achieved an exceptional delivery satisfaction rating in 2007 for The Injazat Institute (TI2), a professional development initiative that aims to enhance the competency of the UAE's IT professionals and improve their ability to support their organisations.
The aggressive participation of UAE nationals underscores the program's commitment to support the UAE's nationalisation initiatives.
With a 93% delivery satisfaction rating, Injazat Data Systems is now finalising plans to extend the scope of TI2 to include clients and partners and has also initiated investments to develop new programs that will be integrated into TI2.
"With The Injazat Institute successfully achieving its targets, we are now looking forward to creating greater impact this year as we gradually offer the program's services to our clients. UAE nationalisation remains our utmost priority as it is our ultimate goal to enable regional and international businesses to prosper in the UAE by optimising locally available and highly qualified professionals," said Dr. Yousif Asfour, Director, TI2.
TI2 has helped strengthen the human resource development initiatives of Injazat Data Systems by firmly establishing its presence and incorporating its programs within the company's operational structure.
Over 1,500 man-days of training have already been delivered to Injazat staff since October 2007.
TI2 has been set up by Injazat Data Systems to achieve three primary objectives: enhance the technical and business skill set within Injazat Data Systems to enable the company to compete more effectively in the market; develop a mechanism to develop the business and technical skills of UAE Nationals and other IT professionals in the region; and provide a mechanism for training IT professionals for Injazat Data Systems and its partners.
Through its constantly updated programs, TI2 ensures its stakeholders of the most relevant business and technical training developed according to the demands of the fast-evolving business environment.
