Tanmia's participation in the exhibition will help participating students make the right choice with regard to their higher education, while jobseekers will be provided guidance to find jobs that best suit their skills and aptitude.

Feddah Lootah, Acting General Manager, Tanmia, said:

"The Training and Employment Week will provide a good platform for Tanmia to meet human resources managers, training providers and university representatives, all of whom have a role to play in maximizing employment opportunities for UAE Nationals. During the course of the exhibition we will be providing career guidance and advice to the hundreds of participating students and jobseekers, and we are certain that they will benefit from this in a big way".

The 7th Training and Employment Week is organised by the UAE University, Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Higher Colleges of Technology under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Chancellor of UAE University.

The event aims to highlight the relationship between the three partners in the development process - employer, jobseeker, and training provider. Jobseekers and students will be brought together to explore employment opportunities as well as training programs.

Each organisation will be given the opportunity to give presentations outlining their products and services that will assist the National jobseeker to enter the workforce in their chosen profession.
