- PRESS RELEASE
FranExcel, the Middle East's leading franchise marketing, brokerage and consultancy company, has signed an agreement with Global Franchise of Brazil, to market Brazilian franchise brands into the Middle East and Asia.
Speaking on the venture, FranExcel Managing Director, Gareth Parry said, "This new agreement provides FranExcel with our first foothold in the South American franchise market. Global Franchise is an excellent company and we are very much looking forward to working with them to help export Brazilian franchise brands, especially in the fashion and food sectors, into the Middle East and Asia in particular. Also, it is estimated that more than 8million people living in Brazil are from Arabic descent, Lebanese in particular, which offers Middle Eastern franchise companies a massive opportunity to expand and export into the Brazil franchise market. It is simply win-win for everyone."
Global Franchise is led by its President, Paulo Cesar Mauro, and has been active in the Brazilian franchise industry for 11 years and is widely considered as the pioneer of franchising in Brazil, a country with a population of almost 200 million, whose franchise market is among the top five in the world.
FranExcel can be contacted by franchisors in the Middle East to discuss franchise expansion opportunities in the Brazilian market.
