Tri Ocean buys 5% in Petrodar

Egypt Kuwait Holding's subsidiary, Tri Ocean has signed an agreement with Sudanese state-owned company Sudapet, to buy a 5% stake in the Sudanese oil company Petrodar for $400m, reported Reuters. Sudapet is one of the shareholders of Petrodar. Egypt Kuwait Holding owns 76.86% of Tri Ocean.
